Over 20 years ago, Arn launched Contract Technical Resources, a staffing firm serving numerous government and shipyard facilities in Virginia. That firm has since evolved into CTR Group, with multiple divisions serving national clients in a variety of industries. It is a particular source of pride that CTR Group continues to serve Arn's very first clients.

Arn remains directly involved in company management and his dedication to long-term client relationships is a governing principle for all CTR recruiters.

As National Strategic Staffing Director for CTR Corporation, Brad was instrumental in the launch of CTR Professionals as an independent unit of CTR recruiting group. Presently leading the CTR Industrial Markets team, he draws upon decades of experience in P&L, operations, and management - including key roles in start-ups, turnarounds and new business development - as well as an extensive history of sales, marketing and team-building success.

Brad provides direct assistance to clients faced with unique challenges or exploring new team development strategies. He remains committed to developing our nationwide team of exceptional recruiters and ensuring access to the very best resources for identifying and evaluating top candidates.

David' s Capital Markets expertise is fundamental to the success of CTR Capital Markets Group. In nearly 15 years of recruiting and consulting in the financial arena, David has helped global financial services firms create high-impact recruiting strategies and attract exceptional professionals in the banking, finance and investment management industries.

He has consulted with Human Resources and Division Managers for many premiere investment management companies and is considered an industry recruiting expert in the fields of product management; compliance; operations; asset management; and distribution. He has a BS degree in business administration and is currently an active reservist with the United States Military.

David is directly responsible for management of all Capital Markets recruiting and channel development strategies.

Tina has enjoyed success as a corporate VP of human resources and recruiting manager as well as a third party recruiter due to her high level of respect for her clients and candidates.

Multiple certifications testify to Tina's extensive proficiency with traditional and technological candidate search methods;  she often serves her industry peers as an expert presenter for training seminars. 

Tina is a member of many professional organizations including the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) as well as being a certified internet recruiter (CIR) through the Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies organization (AIRS).

Matt has a background as a business development manager in the recruiting industry with experience providing high-level solutions for the critical business issues of Fortune 500 clientele. He holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership and Management, and thrives on providing value and a competitive edge to his clients.

Matt is driven by the desire to provide the consultative insight that will enable his partners to excel in the highly complex and competitive Industrial and Capital Market sectors they represent.

After several successful years building a foundation for our Industrial Markets division, Maryleigh helped launch CTR Capital Markets three years ago.

She consistently achieves success in managing the recruiting process and developing key client relationships for some of the financial industry's most respected firms. She is a past Chapter President of Toastmasters International, and has held office in a variety of business and civic organizations. Maryleigh is enrolled in the NCCC Genius Series and holds multiple certifications from Georgia Tech Dupre College of Management.
